Psychotherapist with a Cognitive Behavioral approach, focused on Mindfulness-Based Therapy / Thai Massage Therapist & creator of
The Kinder Mind Project.
I was born in Mexico City, where I graduated with a degree in Psychology.
I worked supporting the recovery of survivors of violence, mostly women. I have always been fascinated by our innate ability to recover after experiencing trauma and by the intricate process of healing and empowerment.
It’s extraordinary how each person walks a unique path. I am passionate about accompanying that journey and helping people regain control of their lives.
I studied a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Behavioral Medicine at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
I found myself working with diverse issues and unique challenges. I discovered the use of mindfulness practices with children on the autism spectrum, as well as in therapeutic groups aimed at improving stress management and emotional regulation.
As I delved deeper into my practice, I decided to specialize in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy. Recognizing its profound impact on mental well-being, I discovered through meditation what I consider the most valuable tool in my therapeutic toolkit.
My fascination
with the mind-body connection led me to learn the therapeutic art of Thai massage. I found these techniques invaluable for addressing the physical manifestations of stress and promoting holistic well-being.
I am deeply
I am deeply passionate about providing wellness and find great joy in my work, whether intervening on an emotional or physical level.
I currently offer psychological counseling—both online and in person—for Spanish-speaking individuals living in Berlin, Germany. In addition to this, I also provide Thai massages focused on stress relief, welcoming people of all languages and nationalities.
My professional intention is to offer comprehensive and in-depth treatment to my clients, continuously updating and refining my toolkit to ensure an efficient and compassionate support on each individual’s journey, guided by loving kindness and utmost respect.
It was born at a time of great need, with the aim of sharing advice and information about mental health from an empathetic and gender perspective. It aims to be a supportive space that offers a little push of inspiration or light when life gets tough. By sharing knowledge from my own experiences, I hope to help others and create a community that feels genuinely connected and safe.
